DOVER — Christopher “CJ” Bell, who has served as New Castle County’s economic development director for the past year and a half, has been nominated by Governor-elect Matt Meyer to lead the Delaware Division of Small Business.
Bell’s journey to this role has been shaped by his work in building relationships and fostering entrepreneurship, including his efforts with The Connect, a young professional group he founded while working in politics.
