Together, We Made a Difference!

As we look back on the success of our second annual Millsgiving Canned Food Drive, we’re filled with gratitude for the generosity of our members, who contributed an impressive array of canned goods.

The Food Bank of Delaware gave us a great tip: while they get plenty of snack donations, they’re especially excited to see canned veggies, fruits, and soups roll in. Turns out, classics like peas, corn, and carrots aren’t just dinner staples—they’re also in high demand and make a big difference for families in need!

And let’s not forget the canned fruit, bringing a little sweetness to the table, or the soup, perfect for warming hearts and bellies. We’re taking note for next year and hope to keep exceeding expectations (and maybe add some beans to the mix for extra flair).

Thanks to your support, we donated an incredible 234 pounds of canned goods to the Food Bank of Delaware—more than triple last year’s total!

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing community. But we’re not stopping here. With your continued enthusiasm, we’re already looking ahead to next year’s drive and aiming for an even greater impact.
