Combining health and technology has been Mark Stevens’ life’s work. In addition to a long career in the public sector, he has devoted his talent and energy to a variety of initiatives in the health sector. Today, he is Managing Partner of EnableHealth, a professional services firm that focuses on accelerating innovation through the application of emerging information technology. While EnableHealth was established in 2017, it traces its roots to the Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative, a health IT consulting firm that Mark co-founded 10 years ago.
Part of the firm’s initiatives include the management of two technology accelerators, StartUp Assist and BlockChange, as well as being a partner to the Global Blockchain Center of Excellence. All these are “dedicated to leveraging innovation & technology – and the courage and creative genius of entrepreneurs – to advance economic, social, and personal health around the world,” says Mark.
His deep understanding of the passion of entrepreneurs is also one reason why Mark chose to work at The Mill. “We were drawn to Rob and Rebecca’s passion for entrepreneurship and Wilmington.
