The Delaware Young Professionals Network (DYPN) is all about encouraging ambitious professionals—ages 21 to 40—to get involved with the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and invest in their professional growth. DYPN’s mission is to develop the next generation of Delaware’s workforce by providing meaningful opportunities for business networking, personal development, and civic engagement.
Through a mix of networking events, panel discussions, and forums, DYPN connects young professionals to key conversations around political advocacy, economic empowerment, and leadership in the community.
Most recently, DYPN hosted a powerful panel discussion at The Mill at Market West, in the new lounge area on the 3rd floor. The event, titled “Own Your Future: Navigating Work and Wealth for Young Professionals,” tackled real world challenges with practical advice—covering everything from buying your first home to confidently negotiating that long-overdue raise.
The panel featured insightful perspectives from Nicholas Kayatta, Anika Dzwilewski, and Autumn Green, who kept the conversation refreshingly honest and down-to-earth. Special kudos to moderator Stephanie Clendening, who steered the discussion with ease and expertise. Attendees left feeling more empowered, equipped with actionable tips, and inspired to take charge of their financial futures.
There is no membership fee for the DYPN, anyone can attend a DYPN function. Membership is through the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.
